Production Operative
Role Overview & Responsibilities
Working in a safe manner and in accordance with company health and safety policy at all times.
· Following all procedures and guidelines within company ISO9001 quality system.
· Carrying out production activities in accordance with instructions from the Production Supervisor, this role involves mechanical and soldering.
· Producing goods in accordance with company procedures
· Building sub-assemblies in accordance with company procedures
Technical Ability: Soldering, Good use of hand tools and good dexterity.
Health & Safety: Understand Health & Safety requirements and conforms
Quality & Effectiveness of work: To produce a range of parts to customer requirements and established processes. To ensure jobs are completed in a timely manner in accordance with company targets and objectives.
Flexibility: To have a flexible approach with the tasks and a can do attitude.
Documentation Control: To be able to update documentation as necessary.
Team: To be able to work as part of a team or on their own initiative.
Please note: this job role will require standing most of the day and continually move and lifting small, medium and heavy items.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £22,000.00 per year
