Role Overview & Responsibilities
Retail & E-commerce Assistant - Sports Teamwear - Summer Staff
We have 3 businesses under roof based in Ballymena Town Centre. A front facing Sports Retail store, teamwear & schoolwear company & an online side of the business, shipping sporting & school orders.
Successful candidate will work across all 3 areas.
We have 2 openings to cover our busy seasonal period of June , July & August with the potential of continued employment beyond this period.
We are looking for candidates who have availability of 3-5 days per week during these summer months, Mon-Sat.
Typical shift - 9:00 - 17:30
Key Tasks and Duties
Working with Till / Epos systems
Dealing with customers
Provide an excellent level of customer service when dealing with customer requests and issues
Stock replenishment
Order preparation.
Picking & Packing online orders.
Any other duties as directed by the manager or general manager
Desireable qualities:
Working in team environment and also able to work alone
Attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Friendly disposition
Retail experience helpful but not required
