Role Overview & Responsibilities
We are looking for a talented Assistant Psychologist to join our Forensic Psychiatry team. The successful candidate will support and enhance the professional psychological care of people with mental disorder and forensic risks by providing psychological assessment and consultation and advice under the supervision of a qualified psychologist working within the service, and also by working independently according to a plan agreed with the team leader and the supervising psychologist.
The successful candidate will also assist in clinically related administration, conduct of audits, collection of outcome statistics, and/or other project work as appropriate and agreed with the team leader and supervising psychologist.
