Role Overview & Responsibilities
The post holder will work at all times under the delegation of a registered practitioner in the delivery of person centred care.
The post holder will be responsible for following care plans and recording all personally generated observations and documenting care given in individual's notes.
The post holder will assist in the delivery of therapeutic interventions and activities to enhance the patient's rehabilitation and recovery and discharge pathway.
The post holder will be expected to undertake flexible working hours, inclusive of unsocial hours and weekends.
