Role Overview & Responsibilities
We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Health Care Support workers, there are two full time posts to work within Rowan House AATU who providing specialist care for people with learning disabilities, we are part of Swansea Bay University Health Board's Mental Health and Learning Disability Delivery Unit.
The successful candidate will be required to work as part of a seven-day service, which includes weekend, nights and bank holidays.
Rowan House offers a dynamic and challenging work environment, in a busy Acute assessment and treatment unit, supporting adults with Learning Disabilities who present with behaviours which can challenge. We aim to provide a high quality, person centred approach based on the Positive Behaviour Support model.
