An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Project Support Officer to join the Value Based Healthcare team at Swansea Bay University Health Board, who’s primary focus will be to project manage the implementation and use of digital PROMs (Patient Reported Outcome Measures) for the colorectal cancer service, and will benefit from being fully trained, supported and mentored by an experienced VBHc Project Manager, throughout the whole project lifecycle. This is an ideal role for someone looking to gain project management experience.

THIS POST IS FIXED TERM/SECONDMENT FOR 12 MONTHS DUE TO FUNDING
If you are an internal applicant this post will only be offered on a secondment basis and you will need to have gained your line managers approval for the secondment prior to going to interview.
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, responsible and able to demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills. The post holder will join a team committed to providing a high quality service and must be highly organised, self-motivated, calm under pressure and able to meet deadlines, working on more than one event at any one time. We are looking for someone who can work under pressure and has good attention to detail.
Main duties of the role include:
The post holder will be a welcome addition to the VBHc team , which is a small supportive team with a range of skills & knowledge who are committed to providing a high quality service.
