Role Overview & Responsibilities
Synergise Pharmcy is a dynamic customer focussed business . The ideal candidate has a current driver's license with no points and is 30 years or above and is familiar with the local area. A company small van is provided .
Your overall responsibility will be to arrange and carry out the collection and delivery of prescriptions. The role will aim to establish and develop long term relationships with customers ensuring to always deliver courteous and effective customer service. In this role you will be required to complete administrative records, and ensure that these records are adequately maintained.
You will be an ambassador Synergise Pharmacy and the front of house while out into the community and interacting with customers face to face on a daily basis.
Full UK Driving Licence Customer service experience Ideally you will have delivery driving experience however this is not essential You will have to comply with company policy in respect to safe transport of goods and have due regard for the security of the van at all times. The working pattern and hours for the role will be agreed with the Pharmacy Manager to cover holidays/sickness and busy periods

Salary: £9.50 per hour
