Removals Driver / Warehouse operative

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who can work as part of a team. You would be responsible for providing removals services for customers from business or residential properties, into or out of storage, Experience is not essential as full training would be given.

We are looking for someone with a good work ethic & can-do attitude to ensure that moves are carried out professionally from start to finish

In this role you will be responsible for

• Taking household goods into or out of storage.
• Dismantling some items of furniture.
• Loading items into the van safely and securing items
• Driving to the new location, unloading the items, reassembling large items and placing them where the customer wants them.

Requirements

Applicant must have a full clean UK driving license held for 5 years or more

Fork lift Truck license preferred but not essential.

Experience in removals preferred but not essential.

Must be physically fit

Additional information

• Starting basic rate at £11.50 per hour week days - £13.50 per Hours Sundays

Hours 35 Hours per week :Mon to Thur 9am to 5pm & 10.30am to 3.30pm Sundays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £11.50-£13.50 per hour

• Manchester: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Warehouse experience (preferred)
