Our team delivers world class visitor communications through multiple channels, connecting directly with visitors in writing, on-line and by phone, and supporting our front of house colleagues with digital and live resources.
As a Visitor Communications Assistant you will respond to a range of public comments, enquiries and complaints and will create and shape accessible resources that meet our front of house colleagues’ information and visitor engagement needs.
You will have a flair for writing clear, accurate and engaging copy, have a strong attention to detail and methodical approach in all that you do.
The confidence to communicate and collaborate with a wide range of people is essential. You will also have a strong understanding of working in a customer facing environment and an interest in and commitment to Tate’s vision and values.
The Visitor Communications team works at both Tate Britain and Tate Modern.
