Requirements for Early Years Practitioner (Level 3):

• Level 3 Early Years qualification or above that is full and relevant
• Previous experience working in a day nursery
• Previous experience working with preschool children aged 3 - 4
• Knowledge of the UK EYFS
• Team player – teamwork is one of our central values
• Genuine passion for early years & making a difference to the lives of young children
• Positive outlook (someone who always sees the glass as half full)
• Has confidence/knowledge/experience to work with electronic nursery management system (we love using Famly)
• An enjoyment of the outdoors; come rain or shine
• DBS certificate/clean criminal record

Ideally, you will also have

• Knowledge &/or experience of ‘In The Moment Planning.’ (Don’t worry if you don’t but it is important that you know this is the way we ‘do our planning’)

The day-day role of an Early Years Practitioner (Level 3)

• To ensure that you provide the very highest quality of teaching, care & education

Salary: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
