Bakers’ assistant

We are a local family run business who are continuing to expand year on year. Having recently taken over a second premises we are looking for a bakery assistant who can assist our qualified bakers with cake decorating, baking and other daily tasks.

This is a very exciting time for us in the Bakehouse and it would be a brilliant time to embark on a new career with us.

You will be required to:

· Support our qualified bakers with daily tasks.

· Decorate our cakes to a high standard

· Carry out stock takes

· Be responsible for the cleanliness and organisation of the bakery

· Assist in daily admin

The successful candidate will:

· Have a can-do attitude

· Be able to work as part of a team

· Be able to work in a fast-paced environment

· Have a passion for baking and cake decorating

· Have experience working in a similar environment

· Have excellent initiative

Salary: £10.42-£13.30 per hour
