Casual Night Porter

Here at The Charlecote Pheasant, we have an exciting opportunity for a professional Night Porter on a part time casual basis.

The hotel is located by Charlecote Park with 70 bedrooms and surrounding by beautiful countryside.

Our Night Porter will report into the Reception Manager you will be responsible for welcoming guests into the hotel, dealing with enquiries both via the telephone and in person and taking reservations. As a Night Porter you will be ensure that our high levels of service are maintained throughout the night shift. Your main responsibilities will be setting up for events and breakfast.

You must be well presented, enthusiastic and you must pride yourself on delivering exceptional customer service and go beyond guest’s expectations at all times.

The Night Porter position is a challenging hands-on role within a fast-moving environment

Part Time nights can vary.
