We are in need of a Bartender to join our friendly team and build connections with both customers and co-workers. The Bartender will be well-versed in all aspects of serving, including preparing cocktails for guests, creating prosecco cocktails, and recommending wines to match the cuisine. A sense of humour is also vital for this position, as the Bartender will often be called upon to monitor social interactions between guests and recommend suitable courses of action.

Responsibilities:

• Take customers' orders and prepare drinks by hand or machine.
• Make and portion alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Use and keep track of inventory.
• Perform cash register transactions for non-alcoholic drinks.
• Keep bar areas clean, stocked, and organized to ensure a safe work environment.
• Answer customer questions about food items on the menu when appropriate.
• Deal with customer complaints.
• Maintain professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Be able to read a recipe book or other recipe instructions if needed.

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 12 per week

Salary: £10.00-£11.00 per hour
