Who we are
Under exciting new ownership, with a major investment programme, the first phase of which is completed, The Corrie Hotel is in a beautiful village on the Isle of Arran, with a friendly family-like team. There are two bars, a restaurant, a fantastic beer garden on the water's edge and an amazing community.
What we are looking for
A chef to join our busy kitchen team, working for our Head Chef
What you would be doing
- Preparing and cooking our delicious fresh local menu and helping to run the kitchen – sometimes in the chef’s absence
- Team attitude and work with friendly colleagues essential
Skills and Requirements
- Previous kitchen experience
- Hard working and friendly personality
Rewards
- Pay up to £12 per hour, plus tips, which are between £2 and £3 per hour, paid weekly, tips paid weekly in cash - we have a very good tips system
