Receptionist

Receptionist / Glasgow Great Western Road / Permanent / Part time /

£9.50-10.50 per hour: 10-25 hours per week

We are looking to hire an experienced receptionist to cover the front desk within our busy private healthcare practice in Glasgow.

About Us

We are an MSK clinic who specialise in Biomechanics, Orthotics, Physio, Podiatry and related services. The clinic is long established since 2009 and last year went through a significant expansion where we moved to a purpose built clinic, expanded our available services and recruited additional staff. The clinic is gorgeous and we are a friendly team of professionals.

Responsibilities

This is an exciting opportunity to join a friendly, professional and enthusiastic team. We are passionate about patient care and customer experience, therefore are looking for a friendly, outgoing and caring individual who understands that the receptionist's role is crucial to the running of the clinic. With that in mind we require a focussed and dedicated candidate.

The current advertised position is for a receptionist however there is room for progression for those keen. Promotional position includes working additional hours or taking on additional responsibilities such as online marketing and managerial duties.

Receptionists experience

The candidate will have experience in:

• excel and word
• be able to operate our software system and manage emails
• have a good telephone manner
• experience in sales would be welcomed but not essential

Shift patterns available include: mornings, afternoons and evenings (until 8pm) and Saturdays. The candidate must be willing to work regular evenings and an occasional Saturday.
