Field Operative Day Only (Multi Drop Driver)

About the role.

As a Field Operative (Driver), you are mainly responsible for executing battery swaps tasks on the eScooters in the streets of your city. In addition to swapping batteries on the vehicles, you will be responsible for deploying, re-distributing and collecting broken eScooters around the city. This includes but not limited to:

• Executing battery swaps tasks on the eScooters in the streets of your city
• Running efficient vehicle logistics: Optimizing's routes and developing standard operating procedures (SOP) to ease the workload and minimize vehicle downtime
• Re-distributing vehicles from low-demand areas to high-demand areas and re-parking vehicles parked incorrectly
• Searching, finding and collect vehicles in need of transportation back to the warehouse
• Making sure that our client’s vehicles are deployed in a safe and compliant way and continuously evaluate and gather in-field insights to improve vehicle availability, parking and overall rider safety

What we expect from you?

We are looking for a highly motivated and responsible team player who can fulfil tasks and solve problems independently. With a hands-on mentality, you are finding new solutions and reaching set goals. In addition to the right person needs:

• A can-do and hands-on attitude
• Ability to work outdoors and experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• A valid EU Class B drivers’ license
• At least 1 year’s van driving experience (required)
• Able to use a smartphone and familiarity with apps.
• An individual that can relate to our core values of Reliability, Loyalty and Responsibility.
• Good local knowledge of Bristol and you’re used to driving in the city
• Ready to navigate your city in a van under any weather and traffic conditions
• Has the ability to react calmly to stressful situations (poor parking, traffic…)
• You are able to thrive in a physically demanding environment.
• Access to a Android to allow usage of apps

Contract type: Six month probation

Workdays: 5 out of 7 (Weekend availability required)

Work hours: Day 9 am– 6 pm

Hourly rate £10.90

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £10.90 per hour
