Role Overview & Responsibilities
2021 Pub and Bar of the Year award winner, The Gun has been an East London staple since the 17th Century and has now been reimagined as a stunning new bar for the modern drinker.
THE ROLE
As KP you will have a vital role within our kitchen operation. You will be on hand to assist the chefs with light prep work and make sure all surfaces and equipment are kept sparkling clean.
This role would suit someone that has been a Kitchen Porter before or has ambition to progress their career to become a chef. You will be given the opportunity to train, grow and progress your career – become our future Sous- and Head Chefs.
REQUIREMENTS
- Friendly & outgoing personality with enormous passion for the industry
- Experience in busy kitchens of advantage
- Team player
- Eye for detail & cleanliness
- Punctual and fast on their feet
