Role Overview & Responsibilities
Brockholes is Lancashire Wildlife Trust's flagship nature reserve, and is also home to an award-winning, floating Visitor Village, which plays host to a lakeside cafe and shop, conference, wedding and event venue.
We are looking for people with skills in customer service, who can engage with the public and help us to provide a fantastic experience at our visitor village.
Assistants are responsible for delivering a high standard of customer service to visitors and event attendees alike, so applicants should be passionate about both the service they provide, as well as the values of the Trust and the nature reserve itself. Successful applicants will be working across our commercial outlets.

Salary: National minimum wage
