Back of House Support (nightshift) The Merchant Hotel

The Merchant Hotel is a sumptuous 5* hotel situated in Belfast City Centre. We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a back of house support (night shift) to join our team in The Great Room Restaurant.

The Great Room Restaurant is the jewel in the crown of the hotel. A sumptuous space evoking effortless and timeless grandeur, situated in the former main Banking Hall of the building. A more fitting setting for the gastronomic delights prepared daily for discerning guests could not be imagined. The hotel Restaurant is open daily for Breakfast, Lunch, Traditional Afternoon Tea and sumptuous à la Carte Dining.

We are recruiting for a part time position.The role details are:

• Able to work alone during the night
• 16 hours per week, 2 shifts per week
• 8 Hours shift between 11pm and 7am including 30 minutes break.
• Cleaning and polish all the Breakfast and Afternoon Tea Silverware
• Report to the Manger any faulty equipment
• Minimum wage plus service charge
