RWT have exciting opportunities for enthusiastic, dynamic forward-thinking Band 6 Registered Midwives who are keen to begin their rotational post working on our MIDWIFERY LED UNIT .

We are a progressive maternity unit striving to offer the best care to women and their families, whilst caring for each other at the same time. Being led by a supportive leadership team we value all members of the team and their ability to always provide excellent and positive patient experience.
In 2018 we introduced our quality and experience Midwifery Team, who are midwives dedicated to supporting and developing our staff. We aim to Inspire and support midwives to realise their full potential as autonomous practitioners, optimizing safe birth outcomes whilst being able to support the the high-risk pathway. We lead midwives to build their confidence in evidence-based practice to empower them to challenge the traditional model and so change practice.
We also have an active team of Professional Midwifery Advocates to further enhance the support we can offer our midwives and families.
