With a wide range of products being supplied in to almost every industry, we are looking for someone to keep product information up to date, provide fresh content, news postings, case studies, brochure and online literature creation, image and video content, producing technical drawings and more.

Working along side our e-commerce manager, you will assist with content and population of this site also.

Duties will include:

• Adding products accurately and creating content for both main website and e-commerce site.
• Use of In-design, Photoshop and similar software to create online brochures and marketing content.
• E-commerce support and merchandising to drive sales.
• Work on implementing SEO strategies to improve page positions and ranking online.
• Blogging and writing articles based on products, case studies and manufacturing processes.
• Responsible for news posts across all social media platforms and website article pages.
• Product images and video content such as product demos on YouTube.
• Market research on products, competitor analysis and looking into potential new product lines to ensure we are leaders in the industry.
• Product codes and data sheet creation
• Technical drawings and literature file management.
• Customer database management for marketing campaigns
• Use platform analytics to ensure optimal performance of all digital marketing activity and provide reports.

Essential Skills:

• Previous experience in digital marketing / graphic design roles using similar skills
• Good knowledge of WordPress editing platform
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe programs including InDesign and Photoshop
• Good knowledge of SEO and analytic tools (e.g., Google analytics)
• Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
• Outstanding attention to detail
• Strong IT skills for use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Pro-active and hard working with a positive "can do" attitude
• Enthusiasm to learn, improve and succeed
• Ability to work mostly from your own initiative, in a small office team and able to diversify when required
• Knowledge of CAD / technical drawing software would be an advantage

Based on Romsey Industrial Estate, we are located right behind the train station. The Rubber Company supply an extensive range of rubber and associated products to a wide scope of industries.

• Monday to Friday 08:30 to 17:00 (16:00 on Friday's)
• Holidays: 20 working days. We do not work weekends or bank holidays
• Company closes before Christmas Eve until early January (complimentary holiday)
• Company pension scheme
• 3 months’ probation period

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £27,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
