Role Overview & Responsibilities
**Package up to £45,000 salary **

Reporting into the Group HR Director, the successful Recruitment Officer will fulfil the 360 recruitment cycle for a wide range of positions across the group and head office. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and hard-working individual to develop their career as a Recruitment professional within a growing, Hotel group.
Main Duties:
- Manage the 360 recruitment cycle for varied positions across the group
- Write adverts for the media advertisement
- Daily management of our Applicant Tracking System (Harri), posting roles, adding users and general upkeep/improvements
- Promoting The Stafford London as an Employer of Choice within the Industry
- Attend Recruitment Fairs to promote the culture of the hotel and the opportunities
- Ensure an engaging and positive recruitment journey for all candidates
- Train and guide hiring managers on effective recruitment & selection methods and the importance of a positive candidate journey
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience recruiting within Hospitality, for a recruitment agency or in-house operation
- Be self-motivated, proactive and hands on
- Excellent communication skills, able to speak with candidates and manage multiple relationships
- Great presentation and the ability to represent the group effectively
- Have passion and understanding for Hospitality

Experience:
- Human Resources: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
