Your responsibilities will include:

• Taking orders over the phone
• Delivering food& drinks orders to the guest rooms
• Clearing trays
• Delivering guest amenities
• Setting up breakfast/dining trays
• Ensuring you have knowledge of all food and beverage items on the menus.
• Upselling guest orders at opportune moments to maximise revenue
• Assisting the restaurant, bar and private dining with breakfast set up and service
• Ensuring all special requests are communicated to the relevant departments
• Work with your team and the kitchen team to ensure each guest has a memorable 5* experience
