Festival Bar Staff

The Voodoo Rooms is looking for some bar staff for the Fringe! We are a busy independent cocktail bar and live music venue located in the city centre just off St Andrew Square with an extensive back bar focused on, but not limited to, premium rums and tequilas.

During August we host over 30 Fringe shows each day, and we're open 12pm-3am 7 days a week. We host a huge variety of shows including comedy, magic, cabaret, and burlesque.

We are a living wage employer so the starting rate is £10.90 per hour + cash tips split daily. We also offer all staff a 50% discount on any food and drink. You can also get free entry to any of our paid shows through the month!

We are looking for bar staff to work in our function rooms! You will get a chance to watch a huge variety of brilliant Fringe shows and serving in between them. You will be asked to work either a day shift (11:30-20:30) or an evening shift (20:30-3:30) so late night availability is essential, but there's plenty of bars nearby that stay open until 5am if you want to wind down after!

Experience is preferred but not necessary. Your attitude and personality are much more important for the role than any prior experience! This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to gain experience in a busy but fun environment.
