Role Overview & Responsibilities
Our fast-paced West End hotel is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist that can assist with all duties related to the front desk. This includes checking guests in and out, resolving guest issues and resolving administrative tasks such as preparing invoices and distributing mail. In addition, the Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for accepting deliveries and cleaning service requests, maintaining customer contact via telephone, email and correspondence and ensuring security of the front desk at all times.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and respond to e-mails.
- Answer the door and greet guests.
- Make travel, dining, and entertainment recommendations.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £30,000.00 per year
