Site Engineering Manager

Three Musketeers is a leading Fresh Produce business based in East Suffolk, selling a range of crops throughout the year into all the multiple retailer supply chains. We are looking for an Electrician for a varied Engineers Role within the Operations team, which is a varied role and will encompass some Health and Safety work.

The role reports to the Operations Leader based at Bentwaters Parks, Rendlesham. You will have daily interaction with the senior management team, operational team members, suppliers & hauliers to the business. This is a broad and varied role with potential for progression into other sectors within the business or larger group of farms / businesses. There will be a requirement for forklift driving at certain times of the year when we are at our busiest.

A competitive salary and package will be available to the correct person upon application for the post. The role requires proven experience in Engineering / Electrical work and a willingness to learn and progress within the company. A proactive well organised style is key, and an ability to adapt as the business changes is critical. There is a clear opportunity for progression so a desire to succeed within this ambitious privately owned business is a must.

We have modern machines that need a competent Electrical engineer to oversee installation of new equipment, maintain the other lines and prepare a Planned Preventative maintenance schedule to prevent breakdowns. This is a varied role and will create an exciting role for the right person.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
