Ice Cream Server

We are looking for a friendly and customer service-oriented individual to join our team as an Ice Cream Shop Server. Our ice cream shop is a fun and dynamic work environment that requires someone who is reliable, outgoing, and able to work in a fast-paced setting. We are also a dog friendly shop so loving dogs is a bonus!

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to all customers
• Greet customers and take orders in a friendly and efficient manner
• Prepare and serve ice cream, toppings, and beverages
• Maintain a clean and organised work area
• Operate the pos system
• Ensure all customers are satisfied with their orders
• Assist with opening and closing duties

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work in a team and independently
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Availability to work on weekends and holidays
