Night Shift Freezer Operative

· Job Title: Night Shift Freezer Operative

· Hours of Work:

o 40 hours per week

o Sunday - Thursday

o 9.00pm – 5.30am (with a 30-minute break + warm breaks)

· Salary: £25,500

· Bonuses: £3700

· Holidays: 25 Annual Days + 3 x Bank Holidays (New Year’s Day, Christmas Day & Boxing Day)

· Description: As a Night Shift Freezer Operative, you will be picking frozen goods in response to orders placed by customers, operating in the main foodservice freezer and fridge following picking instructions as directed via a voice headset. Additionally, any general warehouse duties as necessary.

· Essential Skills/Requirements:

o Be able to work at a fast and efficient pace

o Ability to listen and respond to instructions via a headset

o Feel comfortable working in a cold environment

o Be able to pay close attention to detail at all times

· Desirable Skills/ Requirements:

o Previous picking experience, however, not essential as training will be provided
