- Do you know how to gather and translate business requirements and work with large risk datasets to build data, reporting and analysis products to power business insights

We're looking for a Data & Analytics specialist to:
- capture and translate the risk reporting requirements we need to meet regulatory and business change initiatives
- work with key stakeholders in CDIO, data owners, risk reporting officers & associates plus our business sponsors to create high quality datasets, reports and dashboards
- provide innovative, robust solutions which deliver risk insights, highlighting concentrations and drivers in our portfolios
- create the sub-tasks needed to deliver these reporting solutions, help allocate the tasks to the appropriate team members and track them to completion
- support our business to embed these solutions into their daily processes, making sure that we get the full business value from them
- drive standardization, automation and continuous improvements of data collection, analysis, and reporting processes
Your team
- You will be working as part of a global team responsible for creating reporting and analysis solutions
- You’ll be part of the newly created Agile POD and have the opportunity to play a critical role in enabling the high-paced Agile transformation
- Our team is part of the wider Group Risk Control organization. We are a diverse team of specialists with different backgrounds and we enjoy finding and implementing first-rate solutions for our business
Your expertise
- Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Technology or equivalent
- Ideally 2+ years of experience working in a similar role within the banking industry, preferably in credit and/or market risk
- Proven experience using Business Intelligence and reporting and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, MicroStrategy, Tableau)
- Technical skills are an advantage, including Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, Python or similar languages
- Confident communicator able to convey information and ideas clearly, good at building relationships across geographically distributed teams
- Strong customer focus and have a passion for enabling data-driven decision-makin
- Effective time management and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail along with structured organization and planning skills
- Open, flexible and highly motivated personality with strong sense of ownership
- Experience of working in agile teams would be beneficial
