Trainee Install/Commissioning Refrigeration Engineer

Ultra Refrigeration Ltd is looking for an Electrical or refrigeration engineer that wants a new challenge.

The ideal candidate will be working on bespoke refrigeration units with custom PLC software on site and in our fully equipt workshop. Training will be provided in the following areas:

• Carry out testing and commissioning on blast freezer/chiller and Dual temperature plant
• Build and test control panels and help install electrical and mechanical refrigeration systems.
• How to: PLC logic, and carrying out tests to make sure our own manufactured units work correctly
• FGAS if/when required

Candidates Preferred Experience:

• Working with refrigeration or air conditioning equipment
• Working on control circuits
• Electrical installations
• Ability to electrical fault find three phase and low voltage control circuits
• Knowledge of electrical components
• An ability to work from a wiring diagram
• FGAS desirable

Basic Salary salary £28,000 upwards + O/T

40hrs per week
