About the role

You will provide support to Programme Leaders on the academic administration of and basic academic inputs into the Early Year’s/primary and Educational Leadership programmes. Your main areas of responsibility will be to: assist the programme lead in the overall management of the seminar groups you are supporting, ensuring that assignments are appropriately marked (working closely with the module leader) and feedback returned to students. You will receive professional development in teaching support. About you

The successful candidate will be working towards a PhD and educated to at least Masters level. Excellent communication skills, knowledge and experience of group facilitation and interactive methods are all essential. Experience of assisting module leaders and/or seminar teaching/facilitation at university level in a related field is desirable. Your application form should address all the person specification points and should clearly demonstrate how your skills and experience meet each of the criteria. It is important that the criteria are clearly numbered and that you provide a response to each one.
