Role Overview & Responsibilities
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and dynamic individual to apply for the role of Clinical Support Worker UHB the Anticoagulation Team, the role is based within the phlebotomy team but you will also be required to support the nursing and administration team when required.
The role is primarily based at Heartlands Hospital but you will be required to provide cover for Solihull, Good Hope and community visits, making this an exciting ad varies post for a highly motivated and HCA to join our team.
Venepuncture training is essential as is the ability to work independently within the community to provide a first class service both to patients at home and in hospital based clinic settings. This role encompasses providing a domiciliary serve to patients and supporting the nursing team with the daily activities to maintain the smooth running of the service.
You must have a full UK driving licence to undertake home visits independently in the community.
