Role Overview & Responsibilities
Build effective relationships and collaborative ways of working with key stakeholders across the network, to build a picture of whole network TYA patient cohort ensuring that all young people aged 13-24 years have access to age-appropriate care and support.
The post holder will also provide project management support – on areas of work which aim to improve the outcomes and experience of young people to ensure equity across the network covered by the post holder, including evaluation of these projects.
- Good knowledge of working with databases/excel/word
- Data management
- Working across organisational boundaries
- Proven experience of working to deadlines
- Experience of working well within a varied team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (E)
- Be able to work autonomously (E)
- Ability to work flexibly to meet the needs of the service in conjunction with other members of the team
