Role Overview & Responsibilities
We require an enthusiastic person to work within the Medical Staffing Team in a busy Human Resources department.
You will provide a medical HR administration service for medical staff incorporating the management of the monthly junior doctors rotation administration processes and advise on all aspects of the Medical & Dental Terms and Conditions of Service and Trust policies providing guidance to medical staff and managers on the correct interpretation of these.
You will also be responsible for the timely and accurate entry of information onto our electronic staff record system and work in conjunction with the Trust payroll provider to ensure doctors are paid on time & that an efficient service is provide including dealing with queries and any pay issues.
Good interpersonal skills, the ability to multi-task and work to deadlines are essential for this role, as are excellent IT skills, attention to detail and a flexible approach to working. Medical staffing experience would be an advantage.
Base Location: Poole Hospital - with occasional cross site working at Bournemouth
