The Gateway Service is the hub of all student enquiries. Providing a physical and digital delivery of advice and guidance for students on issues affecting any aspect of their university life.

The Gateway Team Leader is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Gateway service. The post holder will provide operational leadership, supporting, motivating and training the Gateway Liaison Advisers enabling them to continuously offer a high level of customer service to our students.

We are looking for an inspirational individual who is passionate about delivering an excellent student-centered service. The post-holder will have experience in leading a front facing customer service team. They will demonstrate the skills necessary to identify trends from data and develop initiatives to proactively address student administrative difficulties.

In addition, the post-holder will have excellent communication skills regularly liaising with professional service staff, academic staff and with external contacts.
