Operations Manager (Remote)
Salary: £65,000 - £85,000

Our Client is seeking an experienced and highly organized Operations Manager to join there team in a remote capacity. In this vital role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and alignment with our strategic goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage a diverse range of operational tasks to drive continuous improvement and business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure optimal efficiency and productivity across the organization
- Oversee key operational functions, such as supply chain management, procurement, logistics, and facilities management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement operational changes that drive business growth and performance
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and external partners, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational efficiency, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and resources to ensure cost-effective operations and alignment with financial objectives
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and relevant legislation
- Provide leadership, support, and guidance to the operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning
Requirements:
- Proven experience in operations management, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role, preferably in a remote capacity
- Demonstrated success in optimizing operational processes, driving efficiency, and meeting business objectives
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work independently in a remote setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and remote teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making
- Proficient in operations management software and tools, such as ERP systems and data analysis tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications, such as Lean Six Sigma, are a plus
