Care Assistant - days – Vida Court

Vida Court are looking for considerate and empathetic Care Assistants to join their team.

Experience in working with residents with Huntington’s disease, supporting residents in their daily activities, and to ensure that their life remains as normal as possible, making they feel supported in a safe and loving environment.

Vida is proud to offer some of the leading rates of pay in the industry, starting at £11.48 per hour during your probation and rising to £12.57 per hour once you have passed your probation.

We offer a range of flexible contracts including both full and part time hours.

Your key responsibilities will include to following:

• Meeting the personal care needs of residents in a way that respects the dignity of the individual and promotes independence.
• You will work with your team to support the residents with all aspects of personal and mobility care.
• You will help to provide an enriched, stimulating and engaging home environment, and will assist the activities team in creating opportunities for social activity and engagement during your daily duties.
• Day shift hours are typically 7.45am – 8.00pm
