Role Overview & Responsibilities
Do you live and breathe Motorcycles? Do you have previous sales or customer service Experience? Vines of Guildford are looking for a Motorrad Sales Executive to join the team alongside the current eight bike enthusiasts.
Hours: 45 hours per week over five days; Monday - Friday 08:30 - 18:00, Saturday 09:00 - 17:00 and a set rest day during the week.
On target earnings of £44,529, achievable and uncapped commission structure.

Key Responsibilities
Our customers might be as passionate about bikes as you. But they still want to be inspired by a great experience from an enthusiast they trust. You’ll make sure that each customer feels they’re a one-off by understanding exactly where bikes fit into their lifestyle.
From building a database of customers through to attending events and fielding phone calls, you’ll aim for total customer satisfaction. It’s about giving a great experience as well as recommending exactly the bike they need.
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
You might already have bike sales experience. Or, you might be an enthusiast who has worked in sales or customer service elsewhere – in which case you’ll get all the training you need to make a successful switch.
Due to the nature of the role, we also expect you to have a full driving/motorcycle licence, along with the tenacity and commitment to realise your full potential. At Vines, attitude and drive is everything, so we are passionate about finding someone who is looking to grow and develop with us.
