Compliance Partner

More about the role

As a Compliance Partner it will be your job to ensure that the appropriate compliance processes throughout the CFC are carried out in a legal and timely manner, supporting and actively engaging all Partners in the importance of a compliance culture that supports the safe and legal CFC operation.

The key responsibilities include:

• Completing associated office administration that supports the twice yearly audit and the day to day schedules of compliance

• To ensure all date coding activity is completed on time and scheduling adhered to through daily, weekly and monthly checks

• To ensure that all cleaning schedules are completed on time and to standard

• To complete daily AM/PM checks throughout the site to support compliance standards and adherence

• Removal of stock to support the replenishment of the on site Partner Shop

• Partner Shop processes including completing sales through the till, date checking and replenishment of short coded stock

• To ensure that all paperwork and processes are accurately completed, and be able to assist with compliance audit visits as required

The skills you’ll need

• Experience of working with compliance and audit paperwork

• PC Skills: Google Suite, Excel & Word
