Paint Sprayer
Role Overview & Responsibilities
- Carry out all Surface Preparation - Cleaning, Pre-treatment of all Substrates, Filling, sanding, and smoothing surfaces that need to be sprayed.
- Masking and covering of all areas that are not being coated.
- Operation of Airless paint application system
- Applying both single pack and two pack coating systems.
- Selecting and attaching the correct spray nozzle to create the desired spray pattern.
- Ability to carry out repair work on coated products.
- Carry out basic plant/machine maintenance, ensuring equipment is operational at all times.
- Final Inspection – Record DFT readings for all coated products. Inspecting and assessing of spray coatings after the product has full cured.
- Complete all required QC/QA documentation.
- Flexible approach and commitment to production schedule and working hours.
- Positive can-do attitude.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £12.00-£16.00 per hour
