Warehouse Team Member

We are a team of people who are absolutely passionate about what we do and are very proud of what we have achieved together and have big ambitions to grow our market share! We are currently looking for a full-time Warehouse Administrator to join our team.

Purpose of Role:

To work as part of a team ensuring goods are picked, packed and sent out in an accurate, timely, safe and cost efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the stock is correct
• Packing orders to ensure they travel without damages and with the correct packing list
• Ensuring the order goes to the correct delivery address
• Reading and acting on special instructions to avoid delay in delivery
• Being able to follow procedures on Sage and relevant carriers software
• Administration tasks for Customers as required
• Ensuring you remain professional when dealing with customers
• Assisting with Contracted / Export Bulk orders
• Assisting with cycle counts to ensure accuracy of stock
• Ensuring down time is minimised and always looking for ways to improve
• Ensure process documentation exists for all tasks, is accurate, updated regularly and followed
• Ensure high standards of housekeeping in packing areas

Location: Barrow in Furness, Cumbria

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours: Full Time, 40 per week

Salary: Competitive plus benefits
