Role Overview & Responsibilities
SALE
- Optimizing profits by controlling costs.
- Take a lead on finding what will sell and what not to improve the profit.
- Motivating employees to reach sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Handling customer complaints.
- Managing and accounting for all money-handling procedures.
STOCK
- Ordering, recording, and managing inventory.
- Ensuring the shop is adequately stocked, clean, and visually appealing.
- Overseeing retail inventory.
STAFF
- Hiring, training, supervising, and evaluating employees.
- Preparing employee work schedules.
- Addressing employee disputes, questions, and concerns.
- Ensuring all staff adhere to safety standards, company policies, and procedures.
- Taking disciplinary action when necessary.
REQUIREMENT
- Stable work history.
- Must be good at planning, organizing, staffing, leading and controlling.
- Must be self-motivated and possess the desire for self-development.
- Have the ability to work autonomously when required.
- Be a team player.
- Be dedicated to customer satisfaction and a great customer experience.
