An exciting opportunity has arisen to join West Suffolk Hospital as a Failsafe Officer to work within the Risk and governance team. The successful candidate will be actively involved in the monitoring of failsafe systems and administrative duties required to promote and facilitate Quality Improvement, Patient Safety, Risk Management and Clinical Quality Activities. We are looking for self-motivated and dynamic person with a high level of communication and organisational skills who responds well to change and will contribute to shaping our future service and staff. West Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust is responsible for providing personalised care to approximately 2,400 women during their childbirth experience. We offer both choice of lead professional and place of birth at home, on our co-located midwife-led birthing unit or multi-professional labour suite.
