Role Overview & Responsibilities
Our client, an international technology company that works heavily with the car industry, are looking for a Commercial Contracts Manager (Paralegal) to join their multi-lingual team based in the UK.
This role is 100% remote, but with an office in London.
The chosen candidate must be located in the UK for this role.
About the role
- You will be responsible for working between the internal Sales team and your counterparty's legal team.
- You will draft and negotiate contracts with the other side.
- You will manage high volumes, so good organisation is a must.
The contracts and documents you will be reviewing are as follows:
- Sales and partner contracts,
- Subscription agreements,
- Non-disclosure agreements,
- Statements of work,
- Product and service descriptions.
There are opportunities to grow within the company, and future prospectives from a legal-career point of view. This role represents a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong grades and experience with commercial law to step up and progress their career in-house.
If you are fluent in French or German this is seen as a massive plus.
