Role Overview & Responsibilities

Your Role -
- You will be the first point of contact for the general public calling 111.
- You will be delivering high quality, safe and clinically effective health care support over the phone - This is 24/7 role so you will work as part of a team covering day, night and weekend shifts.
WHO SHOULD APPLY
- Candidates must be available for 6-weeks of full-time training (Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm or 4pm to midnight)
- Candidates must be available for 12-weeks without any upcoming holiday
- You must have a flexible approach to working hours - ALL ROTA'S will include 3/4 weekends and 6/8 bank holidays
HOURS & PAY
- Weekdays 7am to 8pm £10.42 - per hour
- Nights 8pm to 7am and Saturdays £14.07 - hour
- Sundays and Bank Holidays - £17.61 - hour
