General Manager

We are looking for a General Manager for our beautiful Rushden Lakes restaurant.

The restaurant is based at the Rushden Lakes complex comprising of a fantastic aray of shops, restaurants and leisure activities. With indoor and outdoor dining and an impressive view of the lakes it makes the perfect location for lunch or dinner.

The stated salary includes the predicated service charge. We also offer our General Managers a quartley bonus plan.

What we’re looking for

We are looking for a General Manager who:

• Has at least two years experience as a manager in a standards driven restaurant
• Is a leader who can inspire and build great teams
• Energy and passion for providing great guest experiences
• Is commercially minded and able to see the bigger picture
• Loves to be in the thick of it.
