Quantity Surveyor
Role Overview & Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing accurate estimates of the cost of construction projects, including labour, materials and other associated costs. They will also be required to monitor the progress of projects and provide regular updates to the project team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction processes and be able to analyse data and make sound decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Measure, value and record work done on construction projects.
- Provide advice on contractual claims.
- Monitor the progress of construction projects.
- Prepare cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
- Advise on legal matters related to construction contracts.
- Analyse tender documents and bids.
- Negotiate with contractors on behalf of clients.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £53,019.00-£57,274.00 per year
