Unqualified Lecturer: £27,929 per annum
Qualified Lecturer: £32,348 per annum
Full-time, 37 hours per week (1.0 FTE)*

Do you have a clear commitment to excellence and want to inspire others? Are you a Conservation or Animal Management professional looking for a new challenge?

If so we are looking for you to join our Further Education teaching team! We are seeking a talented individual with the relevant experience and knowledge of the Conservation and Animal Industry to provide instruction and lecturing to our Further Education students.

You will be required to teach all aspects of Animal Management, which includes Conservation and Environmental Science topics, with the potential to teach other related topics to Further Education students on full-time, part-time and short courses, through lectures and practical sessions. The successful candidate will also contribute to the management, assessment and recruitment of students as well as have input into curriculum development.

To succeed you will have relevant and recent industry experience within the industry and a desire to educate and develop a range of learners at level 2 and 3. Up to date technical knowledge is vital to allow the sharing of best practice to both students and team members. Ideally you will hold or be working towards the completion of your teaching qualification. It is essential that you are willing to work towards the assessor and internal verifier qualifications as these will be a requirement upon appointment.
