Are you a Class 1 Driver looking for the security of guaranteed full-time hours and a permanent contract? Do you want to work for one of the most forward-thinking and fast-growing logistics companies in the UK? How about working on a day shift patter of 4 on 3 off? Working a 4 on 3 off shift pattern (Every Sat + Sun off + 1 day during the week. Day off during the week changed each week e.g. Week 1 – Monday off, Week 2- Tuesday, 5 week cycle) , 12 hours a day.

We’re looking for to recruit full-time, permanent Class 1 HGV Day Drivers to join us at our site in Gotham, You’ll be working on average 48 hours per week, with start times of 06:00-18:00.

We’re looking to offer the competitive hourly rate of £15.57 ph, with an overtime rate of £23.35 ph

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• 
  Carry out trunking runs with occassional back loads.

• Ensure the safe and legal operation of your vehicle at all times

• Backhaul deliveries for various customers as well as British Gypsum work

What you need to succeed at XPO:

• 
  Full UK driving licence (with CE entitlement) with a valid CPC & Digital Tacho card

• No more than six points on your licence (as well as no DD, DR or IN endorsements)

• Great knowledge of the UK roads nationally
