Vintage Shop Assistant
We are looking for a new full-time team member to join our team as a Vintage Shop Assistant! We are a start-up business founded in 2021 selling sustainable vintage clothing sourced from all over the world. We are very excited to have opened our first shop on Brick Lane in January and our second store 2 minutes away on Cheshire Street. We are also continuing with our original business selling to our wholesale clients.
Responsibilities
- Following our shop opening and closing procedures daily
- Unpacking new deliveries as well as tagging and steaming items
- Providing an amazing customer experience and creating a relaxed enjoyable shop atmosphere
- Using our Square till system as well as handling all cash and card payments
- Cleaning and tidying the shop
- Managing fitting rooms
Desired skills / experience
- Genuine interest in vintage fashion and clothing trends
- Experience working in a retail shop
This is a full time position, you will work 5 days per week and your shifts could be on any day Monday - Sunday. You will be based between our Brick Lane & Cheshire St stores.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £10.50 per hour
